Check-in<\/strong>
Guests should respect the earliest check-in time. Any check-in before the designated window should be approved by Taju contact person.
Check-out<\/strong>
Guests must complete check-out by the designated check-out time indicated on the reservation, and should not leave belongings at Taju past the designated check-out time for storage or later pickup.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Guest authorization<\/strong>
Guests should respect the approved number of guests and should inquire with Taju contact person if they\u2019re unsure about the rules for visitors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Changing dates or house<\/strong>
Your booking can be changed up to 3 days before your arrival. For that, please contact our customer support at taju@dev.taju.co.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

No smoking<\/strong>
Guests should not smoke indoors Taju premises. This includes the use of tobacco, cannabis, e-cigarettes, etc. Smoking is allowed only in designated areas. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cleanliness<\/strong>
Guests should not leave Taju in a state that requires excessive or deep cleaning (ex: with soiled carpet, moldy dishes, excessive trash, etc.). Cleaning fees are only meant to cover the cost of standard cleaning between reservations (ex: laundry, vacuuming, etc.).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cancellation Policy<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Cancellation up to 14 days before your arrival is 100%* refundable.<\/li>
  • Cancellation up to 7 days before your arrival is 50%* refundable.<\/li>
  • Cancellation less than 7 days before your arrival is not refundable.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    NB! Refund will be transferred to the payment account within 7 business days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    *Please note that in case of cancellation, a transaction fee of 3% of the booking amount will be charged.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Changing dates<\/strong>
    Your booking can be changed ONCE up to 3 days prior to your arrival.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
