Kraavide sügavus põhjakarjääris võib ulatuda mõnes kohas peaaegu 10 meetrini. Vesi paistab siin halvasti läbi ja sisaldab erinevaid mürke ning raskemetalle. Elupaigana sobib see kõige paremini kokredele, kes kasvavad siin väheste looduslike vaenlaste tõttu suureks. Siit püütud kalad ei ole söödavad!
In some places, the trenches in the bottom quarry can reach almost 10 meters deep. The water here is pretty intransparent and contains various poisons and heavy metals. As a habitat, it is best suited for carp, which grow large here due to the few natural enemies. The fish caught here are not edible!
