Kaevandusalal ja seda ümbritsevatel loopealsetel elab punarebaseid (Vulpes vulpes) märgatavalt rohkem kui kährikuid (Nyctereutes procyonoides). Nende nägemiseks tuleb liikuda väga vaikselt! Nad hoiavad kontrolli all näriliste ja kahjurputukate arvukust, kuid nad on ka ise paljude haiguste kandjad. Sõbralikust metsloomast hoia alati eemale!
The population of red foxes (Vulpes vulpes) is significantly larger than that of raccoon dogs (Nyctereutes procyonoides) in the mining area and surrounding alluvial grounds. You have to move very quietly to see them! They control the population of rodents and pest insects but are also carriers of many diseases. Always stay away from friendly wildlife!
